永和豆浆油条,漂洋过海来到新加坡。

They came from Taiwan. Just like Ding Tai Feng, opened their branch here.
They are non-high class restaurant,opening in Geylang, 24 hours biz.
But very comfortabl and cheap.

I went there with Ling Si, my housemate.It was a peaceful morning…

不瞒你说,我是怀着满腔的期待去到这家店的。因为我怀的期待太高,是无尽到嘴里有点差异。豆浆不错,但是距离“香浓”这个形容词还有点差距;油条很有气势,但是略嫌有点“吃油”。其实,炸物本来就不容易做,温度要对,时间也要配合得很好。在离锅前要把油的温度升高,把炸物里面的油逼出来。这一点就是“炸”的真功夫。

烧饼还不错,我想我下次还会吃这个。或者… … 试一试红豆馅的。

我喜欢在这样朴素的环境吃早餐,让我可以吃得随意一点。这家店最令我欢喜的是:它是24 小时营业的。哈哈哈哈!(Opsss….. 你看见我有什么企图了… …)
